RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please return the product to PO BOX 45 Banksia NSW 2216.
This must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order in order to receive a replacement. 

If you receive the wrong order/wrong item please report as soon as you receive your parcel. Send a photo of the shipping label, and the complete order. 

Please note that our lashes are all handmade and can vary slightly from pair to pair. The discrepancy of hair placement does not constitute damage and instead is part of the unique assignment of individual hairs.

SHIPPING DETAILS

We process orders Monday – Saturday 8am-3pm AEST

All orders are posted within 2 business days of orders being made. Once your order has been posted you will receive your item(s) within 2 – 6 business days within NSW, SA, VIC and Metro QLD. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT and Northern QLD may take up to 7 business days.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

Once your item has been posted, you will be provided with an Australia Post /Sendle tracking number to enable you to contact Australia Post and locate your parcel. If you do not receive your order and Australia Post/Sendle has deemed your parcel as lost or not found. We are NOT responsible for this.

We accept no responsibility for parcels accepted on your behalf, which has then not been released to you. Please ensure you are available to receive your order.

We offer FREE STANDARD shipping on all orders over $50.00  (2-6 business days)

All our orders have tracking available.

A note will be added to your order with the tracking details, please always ensure that you check your spam/junk folder for confirmation if you do not find it in your inbox.

We do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on International orders, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all Duties and Taxes on the order.
